Description: Opt for our external window cleaning service once a month and an initial clean fascia and soffit clean and gutter clearance at full charge -  receive 40% off subsequent yearly fascia, soffits, and gutter cleaning, as well as gutter clearance!

Package 2: Bi-Monthly Window Cleaning. Yearly fascia and soffit cleaning, gutter clearance

Description: Opt our external window cleaning service every two months,and an initial clean fascia and soffit clean and gutter clearance at full charge -  enjoy 20% off subsequent yearly fascia, soffit, and gutter cleaning, as well as gutter clearance.

  • Bi-monthly external window cleaning
  • 20% discount on yearly fascia, soffits, and gutter cleaning  (see description and picture below)
  • 20% discount on gutter clearance  (see description and picture below)
  • Discount applied after the first clean at full price

  • Subsequent Monthly Charges:

    • External window cleaning: £25.00/month
    • Fascia, soffits, and gutter cleaning, £80.00 per year £13.33/month
    • Gutter clearance: £120.00 per year, billed £20.00 month

    Total Monthly Charge: £58.33

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The package deals are available to new and existing customers within our service area.

  2. First Clean:

    • The first clean will be charged at full price for both packages.
    • Discounts on additional services (fascia, soffit, and gutter cleaning, and gutter clearance) will apply only after the first clean has been completed.

  3. Discounts:

    • Package 1: 40% discount on yearly fascia, soffit, and gutter cleaning, and gutter clearance services, applied after the first clean.
    • Package 2: 20% discount on yearly fascia, soffit, and gutter cleaning, and gutter clearance services, applied after the first clean.
    • Discounts apply only to the specific services mentioned and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  4. Payment:

    • Payments for the packages will be collected either monthly (for Package 1) or bi-monthly (for Package 2) via our direct debit system.
    • Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services and loss of discounts.

  5. Additional Services:

    • Additional services, such as conservatory roof cleaning, are available upon request and will be charged separately. The discounts offered in the package deals do not apply to these additional services.

  6. Cancellations and Changes:

    • You may cancel or change your package with one month’s notice. Any services provided prior to cancellation will be charged at the full rate.
    • If you cancel after the first clean but before completing the year, the discounts received on additional services may be revoked.
    • Should you cancel midway through a 12 month period, no refund will be provided.

  7. Service Area:

    • These package deals are available only within our designated service area. Please check with our customer service team to confirm if your location is covered.

  8. Service Schedule:

    • Window cleaning services will be scheduled based on the package selected (monthly or bi-monthly). We will notify you of any changes to your scheduled service date in advance.
